Amadeus Italy turned to RoboSuite Web Integration to extend their service to travel agent clients to also include web booking of hotels, low cost carriers and car rental firms, that was otherwise not available to the Amadeus network.  The solution collects pricing and route information and offers fast booking through these sites services. apac logo APAC, a leader in integrated customer service outsourcing had a need to integrate the clients own CRM system with APAC ’s CRM system. The client systems were behind firewalls and thus data had to be double entered manually in each system. They used the Kapow Web Integration platforms transaction module to extract data from the APAC system, then login to he client system, navigate to the appropriate forms and input the data via the web front end of the client’s CRM . Call center operators can now handle more calls making APAC more productive and thus more competitive. Plus data entry errors were eliminated.

cap logo CAP - The College of American Pathologists is a medical society serving more than 15,000 physician members and the laboratory community throughout the world. Their current portal document retrieval applications could no longer scale to the volume of requests. Thus CAP moved to implement a BEA portal. They turned to the Kapow Web Integration platform for bringing the legacy portal applications into the new portal without having to re-write the applications. Eight different web based applications were quickly accessed, and using ‘point-and-clipping’ send to the new portal with out the users seeing any difference.
danskebank logo Danske Bank - Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark and one of the leading players in financial markets in Scandinavia. Danske Bank's Real Estate company Home is using Kapow RoboSuite to collect houses put up for sale into home.dk. Home has a number of real estate partners that get their houses exposed on home.dk. In order to expose these partners houses, the RoboSuite collects the data from the partners websites. For Home this adds volume to the home.dk site and therefore traffic.

deutschepost logo Deutsche Post is the largest logistical company worldwide with approx. 383.000 employees. Deutsche Post needed a platform for customer sharing within the group (DHL, Postbank and others) for self-service capabilities. This first free search and price comparison service scans online music store that allows download of music without auxiliary software.With simfy.de more than 75,000 artists, 95,000 albums and 1.2 million titles can be searched. Additionally the prices of the respective music stores can be compared, making finding music and saving money at the same time very simple. US Army (RW) Corp of Engineers has implemented a nationwide Project Management system to centralize coordination and payments to their multiple contractors. There are 13 separate districts and each has its own unique project management system that needed to have all their data migrated and then synchronized with the Nationwide system. For the Jacksonville district, which had the most complicated system requirements, Kapow Technologies created a set of over 50 robots incorporating a 1,000 business rules that extracted tens of thousands of activities spread across 100's of projects in a matter of 3 months. These robots also synchronize all new data between the two systems.
usf logo USF Corporation is the holding company for a $2.5 billion group of companies   that provide comprehensive and innovative supply-chain management solutions. USF clients would enter key data into an online Logistics application for use by USF in fulfilling the clients order. This information would then have to be manually copied and pasted into internal management systems. To automate this, USF turned to Kapow Web Integration to monitors the Logistics application for changes, and then when a change occur it automatically extracts the information and populates the internal systems and once the results are processed, it return the updated information to the client.
