Inside Sales
Kapow Technologies (Kapow) is looking for successful, high-caliber candidates with the ability to increase sales through identifying and acquiring new customers as well as pursue opportunities with existing customers.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Sell Kapow Technologies products and services: This is a sales job where the compensation will be directly related to revenue results
- Able to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Develop effective territory business plan
- Prepare customer proposals and expand revenue
- Report sales status and sales opportunities
- Represent Kapow Technologies as needed in customer, market, and geography activities
The position is based in Austin, TX, and little, if any, travel required. Candidates should be extremely results-oriented and understand the requirements of a business that is destined to build a world-class software company.
Education & Training
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a relevant discipline (such as CS, BA, Marketing, etc.)
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales, Internet, software, or consulting industries
- Inside sales experience
- Knowledge of the high tech industry and related sales process
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and sales skills
*You should have the ability to lead virtual teams, taskforces and deal teams, and the ability to work with engineering, sales operations and finance, marketing and executives; and to draw the right resources towards the right opportunities at the right time.
