Ltd. Announce Partnership to Foster Mashup Adoption in the Enterprise
Companies to Demonstrate Joint Solutions at iEXPO2007
in Tokyo
Tokyo, Japan – December 5, 2007 – At the iEXPO2007 Kapow Technologies and NEC
System Technologies, Ltd.announced a partnership that will foster the
adoption of Web 2.0 and mashup technologies in the enterprise. The
companies will begin their partnership marketing activities this week by
providing mashup demonstrations at the exhibition, December 5-7, at Tokyo
Big Site.
Under the terms of the partnership agreement, the companies will
jointly develop solutions that provide rapid system development leveraging
existing systems through mashup technologies. In addition, NEC System
Technologies will provide sales and system integration services to the
Japanese market for the Kapow Mashup Server, the software industry's
leading mashup server. The Kapow Mashup Server gives companies the ability
to take any application component with a Web interface and quickly and
easily repurpose it into an application involving Web-based content, data
or business logic.
